Not too long ago I stumbled upon a page where I could reset/deactivate products that I've activated. I can no longer find that. Could someone point me in the right direction?

I'm trying to use Start8tweak to unload Start8 which was the prescribed method in the past. Now, when you try to launch it, it just opens  https://www.stardock.com/products/start8/update.asp  .  I'm already running the latest version (1.47).

A bit of information for you to aid in your troubleshooting (if needed). ISSUE: Chrome Browser using either FVD Speed Dial, or Speed Dial 2 (perhaps more) your thumbnails become skewed and distorted upon refreshing them. SOLUTION: After having spent the last 2 days sobbing uncontrollably over my keyboard trying to find a solution for this problem I happened upon a thread somewhere that solved it. Don't waste your time uninstalling apps, checking video drivers, etc. The problem is...

Using the new method of downloading and installing your apps. DesktopX Pro 3 is SUPPOSED to be v 3.50.018, however the actual file downloaded is 4.00.017. Please fix this as I refuse to use that worthless version. The non-pro version is the correct download however. Thanks

Thought I would share a very strange thing that just happend to me with Windowblinds. I was 1 version behind on and had not updated on Impulse yet. Downloaded Avante blind. As it was extracting, all of the files in the blind appeared on my ( redirected ) desktop. BTW, I HATES Icons on my desktop... but I digress... Being a noble sport about the whole thing I promptly hit CTRL-A then SHIFT-DEL and presto! All those nasty desktop icons are gone (even checked with my peripheral vision t...

I used to be an avid user of Logon Studio with XP. After careful consideration I decided to try Logon Studio Vista on Windows 7 (After reading the promo by Island Dog). Yes, it works but... BORING AS HELL! What happened to all the tweaks that you could do with XP Logons? Is this just not at all possible with Windows 7. I mean, it's nice to have a different background, but that is absolutely all it does. Nothing else?

I just came across this article and thought it fascinating. I've been saying this all along but some stubborn people just refuse to accept the facts of logic. As MS alternative software and OS's gain in popularity, they WILL become targets. There is nothing more secure about them. They simply have not been targets thus far ---------------------------------------- Many people are switching from Internet Explorer to alternative browsers such as Firefox and Safari. Though that might mak...

So far on my system I have had the following Vista Versions Vista Ultimate x86 Vista Business x64 I'm getting ready to try out: Vista Ultimate x64 wSP1 I have 4GB RAM, hence the need to use x64. At work I run Vista Business x64 (also a 4GB RAM Machine) and absolutely cannot get DesktopX to even say hello. So, as of right now.. What Stardock apps DO NOT work with Vista Ultimate x64? If they don't work, when will they?
